Our first experience- the letter told us to get there at 7 something a.m. and everyone we talked to said we can't be a minute late or else if they call our name, and we arent' there, we have to go back. We got there-early. Found out that EVERYONE's letter said to be there at 7 a.m....so we sat there for 6 hours- not daring to use the bathroom. It's kind of a demeaning situation, at least, from the eyes of a citizen, i was ashamed and sad at the way they treated everyone.
